With the newly installed Tourism secretary, Mr. Ramon Jimenez, comes a please to the Filipino people to come together and sell the Philippines for tourists to see the best places in the country. "The success of every corporation comes from the support of his own family so I hope you would support me in my vision to turn tourism into the people's business." "The Filipino has the largest footprint in the communication business."
Jimenez is the founder of media consultancy agency Winning Over Obstacles (WOO) Communications Corp. He is the marketing, advertising executive behind the #1 fastfood chain in the Philippines, Jollibee. He said during a news conference, Philippines with its picturesque destinations, it should be as easy to sell as "Chickenjoy." [Would it be as easy to promote hormone and antibiotic-free chicken too?]
How can we join the tourism campaign? How about knowing how the responsible tourism industry works and realize its benefits?
